Tell us the exact error message or a clearer description of the issue. With what we know so far it is just possible that the "trouble" is you're not hitting the right keys. ;-)
Thank you for replying, okay so the thing is I have trouble signing in to my Netflix account on my Iphone of course I called their customer care representative and he kindly walked me through changing my password but I still couldn’t log in even after carefully typing my new password a hundred times so he suggested I get across to Apple customer care and have them remove Netflix credentials from my passwords or something I cannot really remember how he said it but it meant like me having issues with my passwords had to do with Apple or so
