Play Apple TV from Iphone12 Pro Max to Samsung TV

How can I play Apple TV from my Iphone 12 Pro Max and watch it on my 80 Samsung Tv?

The apps on Itunes “record” thus leaving them useless to screen-share and Samsung 2.0 screenshare app is no longer available!

I appreciate any tricks of the trade, as I am unable to load the Apple TV app directly into my Samsung and do not want a separate Apple TV video box
