I keep losing contacts on my iPhone 11. I send a text to someone and when they reponf their name disappears and their number shows up

None of this above works. This is a bug. My settings are perfect. I also have been losing random contacts and only know when I get an “unknown” call or a text with no name. This is a major bug. Please help us get this fixed. I have been losing contacts for months now and most are my important contacts.
