I’m trying to share my Apple Music with my family. It works on my wife’s phone but not my daughters

Did you add your daughter according to:

Get an Apple Music family subscription - Apple Support

and

Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support

If so, your daughter may be able to fix her issue by turning Sync Library off for all of her devices, then turning it back on again.  Learn how.
