My old iPad is an iPad 2. The software is ios9.3.5. I got a new iPad and want to transfer the old account to the new one.

Note: The iPad 2 is a old 32-Bit device whereas the new iPad is a 64-Bit device, so some apps (unless updated by the developer to 64-Bit) will not run on the new device.
