Is there a bug fix for this? Is it purposely doing this to drain my resources? I turn it off, check and it is still off, close app and then 3 days later it find out that it has been counting for 3 days. WTF

Hi my problem still persists even after the upgrade. Every time I use the stop watch, close out app, check back it is still running. Total battery and resource drain.
