Hello, I am just wondering if someone is able to help me.

I am trying to add more storage onto my phone and it is saying that my card is not valid and to contact you guys. I have tried to delete my card details and re add them but it is not working.

I am unable to back up any of my photos or anything due to it saying that my iCloud is full and I can not change it due to it not working.
