You can also use higher wattage power adapters to fast charge iPhone. If you have a power adapter that came with an iPad, or a newer Mac (models that use USB-C charging), you can use any of those power adapters to charge an iPhone as well. Depending on which style lightning cable you have will determine the power adapter you can use. If your lightning cable has the classic style USB connector on it, then you would need to use one of the older style power adapters. If your lighting cable has the newer USB-C style connector on it, then you can use the newer style power adapters or one that came with a Mac.
