So yeah I’ve tried to cancel my 50gb storage plan I’ve gone through the normal process. I googled how to cancel it so I went ahead with the procedure but I can’t choose the downgrade of the 5GB option that is I can’t presss done and yes I’m signed in to the same apple id on m iCloud

For some people "Done" does not show, in which case a person found this solution worked for them: https://communities.apple.com/de/thread/250533579 = 'Click on the same option you currently have, then click accept. Then go back to the selection window and select the downgrade you wish and click accept.'
