I placed someone on hide alert and I’m still being disturbed by his phone calls. I checked and the first call goes through. It’s not more than one within a few minutes. Please help because I don’t want to block or put my whole phone on do not disturb.

Let's copy the contact info then, delete and re-add the contact to see if that helps:
