A. Changing the Password:
There is only one password for Apple: That of your Apple ID. So, use this link: If you Forgot your Apple ID Password - Apple Support. Important: Once reset, keep a handwritten, hardcory of this, stored in a secret place that only you are knowledgeable of, and only you have access to.
B. Use a Computer:
Have a Computer Handy?: Perform this using a computer, as it would be more user-friendly doing so.
