Cannot update the IOS. I ya e the free space to carry out update.

No is has not. Like I said before, I have enough space and Wi-Fi connection is not an issue. For most of those issues I don’t even get that far in the process. I’m not really sure what to do as I’m unable to download certain apps off the App Store.
I have attached the photo of what pops up. It doesn’t give me any options to help me get the update done. Please see image attached.
If I select repeat the same message pops up a while later. Nothing changes.
