Apple music

I was trying to subscribe my Apple Music and then I was told my account has been disabled from ITunes and App Store. Please what can I do to enable it.

It can't be enabled from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
