That view of the menu is fine. Your name and Apple ID will be gray.
If a normal password reset does not let you access your account, it is time to call in the big guns. See procedure in this guide:

The problem is that I cannot log into my iTunes account. I had to change the Apple ID password, and once when I log into my account the apple ID appear, I enter the new password and could not open it. I tried several times and I couldn't get into my account. As you can see, my email is dim, but it should appear in black letters. I am using macOSCatalina version 10.15.6. What can I do to recover my account? Thank you
I did it and it didn't work. I tried the Apple store on my computer and it immediately sent me to the iTunes store, I entered the password and it froze trying to log in, but never entered. I wonder why it doesn't allow the new apple ID password? If the password is changed, logically it should work. No??

If the password reset is not working, go ahead and use the process for account recovery, as linked above. Note that the process requires them to verify security, so it may take a few days. But it seems like the best option at this time.

From iTunes or Music app on a Mac, use the command Account > View My Account...., and log in with your Apple ID and password. If that hits a problem, post back with specifics.
