can apple resore all my photo in my icloud because they all delete i pay for 200 GB storage every month.i don't know how i bring them back.please they really important

This isn’t Apple. We’re other users, like you. If your photos are not still present in the iCloud deleted album, and were not archived locally from iCloud or were not archived into a device backup in iCloud or onto a Mac or Windows system (if iCloud Photos are not in use), then they’re gone. And if the photos were deleted by someone other than you, then your Apple ID was seemingly also compromised, and that’ll need to be resolved.
