How do I cancel my child's subscription to Apple Arcade without an Apple device?

I let my child sign up for the trial of Apple Arcade on their new iPad. I'd like to cancel it now. I don't have an Apple device, and the subscription does not show up on my account. I can't get into their account on their iPad due to the children's settings.
