iPhone X new Battery but not 100% Battery Health

Hey guys, I would like to ask about a question regarding my iPhone X Battery. I had recently sent my iPhone X to a repair shop(not apple certified) to change my phone battery because it was at 78% Battery Health, so after the new battery was installed it was still at 78% Battery Health. The technician said that with the new iOS update(14.6 I guess) the last percent will be the Battery Health even if its a new battery unless its an apple certified technician that did the repair.

iPhone X, iOS 14

Christian ~ Apple says: "Replacements performed by untrained technicians might not follow proper safety and repair procedures and could result in improper replacement or repair. This could also damage the battery, cause overheating, or result in injury." Source:

About genuine iPhone batteries

...So have that non-genuine battery replaced by Apple or an authorised service centre before someone is injured.
