I know I should press and hold keyboard icon at bottom right corner but it’s not there and the only option that shows up is floating! I couldn’t even find any toggle option for split keyboard in the settings. Please help!

Bearing in mind that the split keyboard is available only on iPad models that have a Home button, see this support page:--> If your iPad keyboard is small or split in half - Apple Support
