Snapchat

So, I have recently bought a new phone I’ve never had problems with Snapchat on my previous account however, as soon as I put my Snapchat account on this phone it going permanently banned, so I decided to make a new account, but that got permanently banned instantly as well, I have no clue what is going on and would like to know, if anyone has an explanation please tell me.
