Unable to redeem a year of Apple TV+

I have purchased macbook air m1 device in june 2021. My iphone shows i am eligible for a year of Apple TV+, but when i open the app to redeem, it shows 7 days free trail. Whats the matter with this?

For Macs, remember to separately sign in to the TV app (menu Account). Then the redeem button would show, if you are eligible.
