I made no purchase and money was taken from my
bank account what am I supposed to do?
and the reason in my bank statement said iTunes purchase/bill.

I went through this earlier but my purchase history shows no purchase have been made plus I haven’t made any purchase from this account that the money has been taken from
Nobody on these boards will know what the charge is. If the iTunes Store staff can't identify it, dispute it with your bank.
