Apple Card didn’t transfer when transferring to new iPhone 12 Pro Max from iPhone XS

I upgraded my phone and did the transfer and it looks like everything transferred except my Apple Card. My old phone still says ‘Transferring data to iPhone’ 2 minutes remaining - but it’s been like that since yesterday.

What happens when you open the Wallet app and manually begin to add cards? Are you then given an option to add the Apple Card?
