I have checked my network connection, tried restarting the device at least 3 times yet none of the messages are either getting through the device nor I am able to receive any texts.
Can someone suggest me something regarding this.

Can you make and receive phone calls over the cellular network? The reason I ask is to ensure that you have an active network account to your iPhone SE. Is cellular data working?
If all is good and you are still not able to send or receive SMS texts then contact your carrier and ensure that your account has been setup/provisioned correctly at their end.

Yeah, I am receiving calls and the cellular data is working just fine. I have started facing the SMS text issue from noon today, prior to that every thing was working fine.
