How can I check my iMessages through my Apple ID from another device

It has to be another Apple Device. Go to Settings/FaceTime and sign in with your Apple ID. Then restart the device. That should sign you into Messages. To check that you are signed into Messages, go to Settings/Messages/Send & Receive to make sure that shows your addresses.
