Does not start after update

Updated watch last night, watch does not start now. Force restart does not work. Watch has been charging all night.

any suggestions?

From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.

Go to Find iPhone.

Click All Devices at the top of the screen.

Click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.

Click Remove from Account.

Then go here;

Set up and pair your Apple Watch with iPhone

What model of phone is it and what version of ios is it running?

What model of watch is it and what version of WatchOS is it running?.

What troubleshooting steps have you tried?.

What errror messages are you receiving?.

Thanks for reaching out to me.

I have a 12 Pro, running 14.7.1

I updated my latest generation Apple Watch to the most recent update, I forgot exactly what number it is.

The dial was lit up while downloading the update. After I woke up the watch was off

And I could not restart it. I tried the force restart by pushing both the dial on the button for 30 seconds.

Hi

I tried all the suggestions on that site.(I had previously tried it also) And nothing worked. My phone appears to connect to the watch and tells me that it is charged 100%, But absolutely nothing on the watch screen. When connecting to the charger it will make one ding type of noise, occasionally.
