As per UPI guidelines, you should be using an iPhone that runs on iOS version 13.4 or higher to add a bank account on PhonePe. Update and try again.

Mahesh ~ iPhone 6 canot be updated beyond iOS 12:


iOS 13 and iPadOS are compatible with these devices


iOS 14 and iPadOS are compatible with these devices
