lost my phone how do i log into find my on a different device
My son lost his phone. It has its own Apple ID. How do we look for it using find my iPhone if it is not part of my Apple ID?
If a friend's device is missing
You can help a friend find their device if it's missing and has Find My [device] turned on:
- Open the Find My app.
- Choose the Me tab.
- Select Help a Friend.
- Have your friend sign in to iCloud with the Apple ID they're signed in with on their missing device.
