Currently Being ModeratedAug 2, 2010 3:34 PM (in response to robrey1)A video sent with any cell phone via MMS is significantly compressed by the carrier. SMS/MMS are exchanged over the same network as calls.
A video sent via email is also compressed, but not as much as when sending via MMS.
There is no video recording setting for MMS or for anything else. There is no option to change the quality of a video captured with the iPhone and there is no way to change the compression of a video sent via MMS.
