iphone SE Connectivity Issues

iphone unable to connect to wifi and certain apps not working with mobile data


I have:

  1. Switched off phone completely
  2. Removed and reinserted sim
  3. Turned on and off mobile data
  4. Turned on and off wifi
  5. Checked apps working with mobile data
  6. Reset Network settings
  7. Updated iOS


None of the above worked.

You have tried out all the basic troubleshooting steps that will be recommended here. One other complex method is to backup your iPhone and then erase everything on your iPhone and reset it to factory settings. You can then restore your iPhone from the backup that was created. This troubleshooting method is time consuming and may not resolve the issue.

The other option is to have your iPhone examined at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center for further diagnosis and resolution.
