Can I get a refund for a year subscription

I wanted a monthly not a year subscription and they charge me for the year

I just paid for this app a few months ago and now it’s being discontinued. Will I get a refund Dark sky’s is merging with the weather app and I want to know if I’ll get my money back since it wasn’t mentioned when I purchased the app this year.

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. If not, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
