Can I shut off Powerbeats Pro earbuds? The battery drains in the left one while stored in the closed case.

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities. 

We understand that you want to shut off Powerbeats Pro and we also see that you already checked out the Apple Support article Set up and use your Powerbeats Pro with an iPhone, Mac, or other device. 

At this time there isn’t a way to manually shut off the Powerbeats Pro. If you want, you can turn off Auto Play. "By default, your Powerbeats Pro sense when they're in your ear and receive the audio from your device. Powerbeats Pro also pause and resume playback when you remove one of your earbuds, or stop playback—and won't resume—when you remove both. When you have Auto Play on and you're not wearing your earbuds, audio plays through your device's speakers.

When you turn off Auto Play, all audio plays to your Powerbeats Pro whether or not you're wearing them.

Here's how to turn Auto Play on or off:

1. Go to Settings > Bluetooth on your iOS device.
2. In the list of devices, tap the blue information icon next to your Powerbeats Pro.
3. Tap the slider next to Automatic Ear Detection."
