Apple Watch App Complications Missing

My Apple Watch updated a few days ago, since then, when I use the phone app to edit my watch face, almost all of the complications are not there. First it was only maybe 3 or 5. Now there’s a few more. Odd. I found another thread on here talking about the same issue, that post was back in March. What in the world is going on and why hasn’t this been fixed yet? I did try editing it on the watch itself, which worked, but that method is by far more tedious. Has anyone found any method of correcting the issue?
