“Unapproved Caller”
What else could I do to remove the unapproved caller sign. It appears when i turn on my imac. I did everything such as holding shift, command r, control command p&r. Nothing seems to work.

What shows exactly when you power on your Mac? You mentioned it was an 'unapproved caller sign', but we're not sure what this means.
