Call not forwarding

Hello i can't be able to use my phone for calling even i turn it off 2 times and reset the settings.

iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 14

If you are unable make a call or receive; If you can't make or receive calls on your iPhone - Apple Support

SMS, MMS, WiFi Call, Call Forwarding, Call Waiting, Call Merge, Conference Call, Hotspot, VoiceMail (Visual or Normal) all are Carrier Specific features. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.
