My Apple Watch is locked and I don’t have the iPhone it’s paired with

My Apple Watch is locked and was paired with my work phone which has been handed back and wiped but the watch has not been reset. It’s currently locked and only showing the ability to unlock it using the iPhone there is no ability to insert the passcode. Help what can I do?
