How to enable my GCash in App store and Itunes because it was disabled

I was going to log in to my Gcash acct but was told -“ Time for update. You need to update your version of the GCASH App to CONTINUE TO VERSION 5.430 now. Lets go” after click lets go, it went to App store GCASH update after clicking update it shows this “ Your account has been disabled in the App store and Itunes”. I had change my payment method from my previous credit card to a debit card now. But still it is disabled i can not log in to GCASH. Pls kindly help me what to do. I need to log in to GCASH asap. il wait for your response. Thank you.
