my iphone x is disabled and i cannot unlock it

i cant plug it into my itunes because my iphone has a request pop up when i plug my iphone into a laptop.

its disabled i dont get to select to agree

i cant erase from my icloud account because my find iphone is disabled.

please! any suggestions how to fix my ihpone x?
