If you are not seeing this in-app purchase reflected in the app you're using, we'd recommend working through the steps in the article below to try to restore this purchase. If you do notice that the purchase is showing in the app but you are just seeing that the payment is pending in the App Store, it's possible that Apple is waiting to see if you make any other app purchases to group those payments together so you'll only be charged once at a later date.
