No, this is a technical support forum. And, as has been explained, Apple doesn't control emoji. It is the Unicode Consortium that decides what emoji to add. It's a pretty safe bet they are not reading here for suggestions.

But in the Terms of Use that you agreed to it says this is a user-to-user technical support site. And has been stated Apple is not the place where you request emojis.
