iPhone X shows only 2 signal bars after updating to iOS 14.7

Hi, I have recently updated my Iphone X to 14.7 after which my Iphone shows only 1 or 2 signal bars, earlier it used to show full signal strength in the place i live or outside, After update it never showed more than 2 bars, this is very annoying and my calls keep dropping due to low strength, I thought the update to 14.7.1 would fix the issue, but it is still the same? I tried all the fixes mentioned in the community like resetting the network settings, hard and cold restart, enabling & disabling the airplane mode etc. Nothing worked so far. I didn’t expect this from Apple phones. Kindly someone help me to fix this issue. Thanks in advance.
