If you mean a password hint, you can set a password hint for your computer password using these steps:

1. Log in to your user account.
2. Open System Preferences -> Users and Groups.
3. Click Change Password.
4. Enter your current password into the Current Password, New Password, and Verify fields.
5. Enter your desired password hint into the Password Hint field.
6. When done, click Change Password.

If you're looking to create a reminder to change your password instead, it'd be easiest to make a reminder in the Reminders app.
