Why doesn’t my Apple Watch accept my passcode. It keeps repeating that it is incorrect. I am sure it is correct

Well, if it is not accepting the passcode, even if you believe you are entering correctly, you are going to have to clear that one and create a new one. See this support document for help. If you forgot your Apple Watch passcode - Apple Support
