i am using iPhone 6 with ios 12.5.4 the mic has stop working when i try to use whatsapp video calls the other person cannot hear me at all while i can see them as well as hear them very clearly

Microphone on my iPhone 7 has stopped working during a normal call Help please! Microphone on my iPhone 7 has stopped working during a normal call, both dialling out and receiving, however it does work during a WhatsApp call.
