Hi there, I have an icloud username for work purposes and I must have gotten my password wrong too many times or something but I now can't log into it, there is no password retrieval, it says it doesn't exist, but when I go to try and create one with my work email address it says that one is taken, please help!
Did you already try to use the Account Recovery option?

Yes tried that. The account apparently doesn't exist now. But also can't be created.
Are you using 2FA or secondary authentication account , from which device was it created iPhone or Mac , what is the operating system and version .
