Ipad can't recognize charger (?)

My Ipad 7 suddenly won't charge. The charger is fine (I tried to charge my Apple Pencil and it worked) What does that situation mean? What should i do to make my Ipad goes back to normal again?

Ipad cant charge My Ipad 7 wont charge. The charger is fine (i tried to charge my apple pencil and it worked). I already cleaned the port and got the dirts out. At first it thought the Ipad was not recognizing the charger, but turned out that It still recognizes that an accessory is plugged to the port. But still, it won't charges. I wanted to update the software but my Ipad's battery is at 24% right now. What should I do to fix this problem?
