I believe my phone is mimicked and/or hacked… I’ve factory reset my iPhone 12 twice and still seem to have a issue. What can I do??

What can I do or will my phone be replaced or how do I go about this I’m sick of all the nonsense I’m dealing with every since I got my phone back. Also believe my watch is been compromised as well I have a series 3 Apple Watch and a iPhone 12

Hacked iPhone 13 Is there another way to find out if there is another device on my iPhone 13 Apple says no there’s not another device but my settings keep changing the strange things that’s happening in my phone. Is there another way to find out ? Besides, find my phone or Apple support? My I watch is the same way

DEVICE ADDED MESSAGE I KEEP GETTING A NOTIFICATION THAT A DEVICE HAS BEEN ADDED TO MY PHONE, AN APPLE WATCH I CHANGED MY PASSWORD TWICE NOW AND IT KEEPS COMING OVER, I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS WRONG .
