Will my data on my phone be deleted ?
i want to switch my Apple ID but I’m too scared that all my data on my phone will be deleted.
note: im sharing the same Apple ID with my family and I want to sign in my already existing Apple ID on my own phone.
If you sign into a different Apple account then yes, some data will be lost. See these articles and posts for ways to minimize this:

Look into using Family Sharing to continue to be able to use items purchased with one Apple ID with other Apple IDs.
