Why are you unsure of the presence of device management? Either your employer (most likely) installed it for you, or you wouldn’t have it. If a device profile for device management is installed, then it would be listed in Settings﹥General﹥. If no device profile is installed, then nothing is listed.
It would be installed externally (tethered to a computer), usually by the IT department.
