“Enter password to unlock the Disk”

I’ve factory reset my MacBook Pro (2017) as I’m selling due to upgrade. Ive removed all accounts but when i reboot it I get a message to enter my password to unlock the disk (see pic). How do I remove this as won’t be able to sell it until removed and I won’t be giving my password out.
