AppleTV+ Sound not working

I've watched movies on itunes, PBS, youtube etc. I opted in for 7 days to try appleTv+ and the first show I try the sound is not working, some sounds come thorugh but not voices. I checked hdmi cable verified its 2.1 ccertified, even tried swapping it and running apples hdmi checker - all good. I've verified that quick start is on per the apple help section. all other devices FireTV, BlueRay work fine. I have a Denon 3500h receiver. Any suggestions - appreciated.

Apple TV 4K, tvOS 14

If you have a surround sound speaker setup, then most 5.1/7.1 dialog would be for the center speaker. If no center speaker is connected to the receiver, then you would not get that discrete audio channel. Try Audio format: Stereo sound instead.

If you have a Dolby Atmos speaker setup, and Apple TV set to Atmos, then audio from Atmos tracks would be distributed to the available speakers.

Thanks. Yep All set on Atmos speakers placement and sound check - all speakers reciving signals. Also as Shared Atmos of Fire TV and Atmos on itunes movies and surround sound from other thigs klike PBS and you tube all work - just not AppleTV + thats why it's so puzzling to me.

Resetting the AppleTV, and starting from scratch - seemed to clear out the cobwebs. Sound is on.
